Make a Thankful Journal
The students can create a simple journal with lined paper. Use construction paper for the cover and staple to bind it together. Download and print these Thanksgiving images to color, cut and glue to the front cover. Every day until Thanksgiving, have the students think of one thing they are thankful for and write it in their journal. Encourage them to appreciate something different every day. Before break-time, have the students share their journal entries.
